How can I find the email of my free account?
Hi Is anyone able to help me? I had a Dropbox account my husband set up and subscribed to but neither of us is able to find and access this any longer to retrieve the photos of our dog that recen...

Super User IIIf it's an account that you're paying for you could use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account. Otherwise there really is no way to find an account when you can't remember the email address that was used. Your best option will be to search your email accounts for any messages from Dropbox. You would have received an email upon account creation, and possibly other times while the account was active (offers, promotions, etc.).
That said, if the account doesn't have a paid subscription and you haven't accessed in more than a year, the account and all the files it contained would have been deleted due to inactivity. When was the last time someone signed in to the account?

Almost certain it was free, so much storage type of account at the time. I agree it may well be deleted. I am now thinking we may have backed this up somewhere before leaving DropBox but hard to say where/or with whom.
