How to reduce the number of licenses?

Hi,

I am on Dropbox for Business Advanced Plan with 84 users. Would like to reduce the number of users since our team has been laid off. How do I go about doing it. I am unable to do it using the Admin Console.

Hey anantkansal, you can still add or remove licenses from your admin console; can you let us know exactly what issue you're having with that?

But earlier we used to do the addition or reduction of licenses from the Admin Console - Billing page. This is a very unfair policy for people who have been using Dropbox for many years and sign up for annual plans.
