How to remove a former Admin?

Our former admin doesn't work here anymore and it appears she has changed her email to an address we don't have access to.  How do we remove her access and change the admin?

    Hey Jen Jens, welcome to our Community! 

     

    It sounds like you're all using a Dropbox Business account, is that correct? If so, is there any other team admin in the Team at the moment, or just her? 

     

    If she changed her Dropbox account email address to a new one, and because she is the admin, then I'm afraid there is no way to remove her, and change the admin to a different one. 

     

    I hope this clarifies!

      Yes, she was the only admin.  Is there an easy way to start another subscription without losing any data?

        But I don't have access to their new, personal, email account.
