It's where family memories are stored. I just log into my account when needed, but I don't use it often. How can there be such a ridiculous rule? mediafire, drive, and a lot of other cloud services even when I've been inactive for 10 years, I can still access it normally and it hasn't been deleted. dropbox arbitrarily deleted my account and did not notify a single email. All my memories are gone. I feel this service is not reliable anymore. thank you

3 years agoHi Vanphuc2807, as Rich suggested, if an account hasn't been accessed for over a year, then it would be deactivated by Dropbox due to inactivity, meaning it wouldn't be possible to recover the account or the files within.
