I cannot manage team permissions while signed in as admin
Why can I not manage permissions while signed in as admin? It clearly says I am. And yet I can manage sharing permissions at all. Please help. I have screenshots, but I don't seem to be able to...

5 months agoHi there, ashtrey1980, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
You should be able to send us your screenshots, by uploading them to your next reply from the camera icon at the bottom of the reply box, but you can also just copy and paste them into the reply box, if that doesn't work.
If you're getting error messages while trying to take actions on the Dropbox website, please include screenshots of those too.
Thanks in advance!

Hrrrrrrmmmm. I wish I could share the screenshot with you that says "file not allowed" when I try to attach my screenshots! 🤪 I thought maybe .png files aren't allowed (which would be dumb), so I tried converting to .jpg and receive the same error message.
Let's try this. I'm going to share a Google Drive link with the images... that's right, I said it... as that is so much easier to manage permissions in.

I'm afraid I can't open the link you sent, ashtrey1980, for security reasons.
You should, however, be able to copy the image file itself to the reply box.
Otherwise, you can add it to your Dropbox account and send us a shared link.

Here are the screenshots in Dropbox. Let me know if I can clarify any further.
