I cannot manage team permissions while signed in as admin
Why can I not manage permissions while signed in as admin? It clearly says I am. And yet I can manage sharing permissions at all. Please help. I have screenshots, but I don't seem to be able to...

Hrrrrrrmmmm. I wish I could share the screenshot with you that says "file not allowed" when I try to attach my screenshots! 🤪 I thought maybe .png files aren't allowed (which would be dumb), so I tried converting to .jpg and receive the same error message.
Let's try this. I'm going to share a Google Drive link with the images... that's right, I said it... as that is so much easier to manage permissions in.

5 months agoI'm afraid I can't open the link you sent, ashtrey1980, for security reasons.
You should, however, be able to copy the image file itself to the reply box.
Otherwise, you can add it to your Dropbox account and send us a shared link.

Here are the screenshots in Dropbox. Let me know if I can clarify any further.

Thanks for the shared link and the screenshots, Ash! What happens if you go to your Admin Console > Content tab?
Are you unable to manage the permissions of your folders from there, too?

Hi again, ashtrey1980! Hope you don’t mind the nudge.
Did you get the chance to try out my previous suggestion? If you did, and you need further help, please let me know.
