I can't access my Dropbox Plus account; a one-time code is sent to my old address.
Hello, I have the following problem. My Dropbox Plus account is linked to an email address that no longer exists because it was changed. When logging in, the code is sent to this old email address...

Do you maybe have access to a device that was previously linked to the account you're trying to access?

Hey DropsterG, sorry to hear that.
Have you also tried checking if you have any devices linked to that account, which would allow you to receive the one-time security code?
As for you lerakut, reply times are a bit different over email, but I did send you an update, so we'll be continuing there.
