I can't access my email address, so it's impossible to get the one-time code.
So I no longer have access to the email that I used when I set up the account.what do I do ?

Do you have access to any linked devices, by any chance?
If you do, make sure to check the section where the notifications normally appear; you may find the one-time code there.
