I can't delete my Dropbox account, as a different email keeps showing up.
I recenlty created a free DropBox account by mistake. I do not need it and want to cancel it. However, when I try to cancel, the account is actually linked to my predecessor in this job. It is my email listed in the top right and it is my email listed as the account, but when I try to cancel, her old email shows up. Therefore, the email and passwords don't match and I can't cancel. I have tried everything. And there is no customer service to reach out to. And the auto chat is useless. I don't want this account, but I seem to be trapped.

Are you seeing the same thing when trying to delete the account via different browsers?
If yes, and since our support team will have to take a look, you’ll need to log a ticket with them directly.
However, if you’re on a free Basic account, please make sure to follow these steps exactly to do so.
