I can't get the one-time code, as my email address was deactivated after graduation.

My second account email was deactivated after graduation and I cannot get the login code. The self_serve_account_recovery process always fails. Could someone please help me? I need to access my account as soon as possible.

Hi emaillost! Welcome to our forum.

Out of curiosity, do you have any other devices that are currently linked to the Dropbox account in question? If yes, can you check your Dropbox notifications there? You may be able to find the one-time code this way and enter your Dropbox account.

If that’s not possible, please refer to your support ticket (I can see you were able to chat with one of our support agents, so they’ll be able to further assist).

Keep me posted for any updates.

    Hi Nancy,

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, I do not currently have any other devices associated with the account in question. And yes, I have spoken to technical support and received a ticket from them. I will continue to update you later.
