I can't log into my Dropbox account, disabled.

I have a project with a client and my dropbox account just got disabled, what's going on?

There's no online support, who do I contact?

    Is this your own account or are you a member of a Business team account? Does it actually say you've been disabled, or are you just not able to sign in? Do you have a screenshot of the exact error message?

     

    If the account was disabled, only Support would be able to assist you. To contact Support, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
