I can't login to my Dropbox account because of 2 factor authentication
Hi
i cannot login to my Dropbox account because of 2 factor authenticatiion. I recently changed my cell phone and after i downloaded dropbox, it sends 2 factor authentication to the email id that has been suspended by yahoo because of inactivity. Now dropbox sends 2 factor authentication code to that email id and i cannt access my dropbox account.PL HELP

Hi there zabideen42 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Have you tried using any of the alternatives outlined in this Help Center article yet?
If not, can you take a look and let me know how it goes?
Thank you.

What you're seeing isn't the actual two-step verification feature. It's a one-time security code and Dropbox will request one when it doesn't recognize the device you're signing in from, or otherwise thinks the sign-in attempt is suspicious.
You can try contacting Support, but without access to the email account you may not be able to gain access to the Dropbox account. You need to maintain an active email address on your account so you can receive password resets and one-time security codes used during sign in.
Start with the following help article and if that doesn't help, try contacting Support.
