I didn't receive my one-time verification email to my Yahoo email

I didn’t received any one time password to my yahoo email, i already try to add no-reply@dropbox.com and nothing happened, causing failed to log in to my dropbox account

I already raised a ticket by its link..
do you still have any recommendation for me for another alternatives?

    Hi team, 

    Since there is 3 drop box account and your agent ask me to make a separate email regarding the issue 

    So here is the ticket: 
    Ticket #24434989: DB: [removed] Can't received one time code 

    Ticket #24434988: DB: [removed] Can't received one time code 

    Ticket #24431127: DB: Can't access my dropbox account 


    Please help me on this, thank you so much
