I don't have access to the email address linked to my account and cannot get the code to login
Can anyone help?
I no longer work at the company that my Dropbox account email is attached to. I got signed out accidentally and now I can’t sign back in. I know my old work email address but no...

Thank you so much for responding Hannah. It's the two-step verification I'm referring to. I can't access the code that is sent because I no longer have access to that email account. I no longer work for the company.
The dropbox has photos of my deceased husband and our son together. I'm desperate to get back into the dropbox account. Unfortunately, there are no other devices that where I'm still signed in. Is there anything that can be done to unlock the dropbox account?

In this case, since this is a sensitive account access issue, I would suggest reaching out to our support team directly.
What you need to do is open a private browsing window on your browser and go to this page, but make sure to not be signed in to a Dropbox account.
Also, in the "Email address associated with your Dropbox account" section, use an email address you can access, so the team can reach you.
Then fill out the form and submit it.
Make sure to also give us your ticket number here.
Thanks!
