I got an email that my email address was changed and now I can't access my Dropbox account.

Dear all

I got an email saying that my username (email address) was changed.

I refused the message but then I could not access to my account. 

It said that the password was incorrect, I selected a new password but I was in a new account with the same username and it is not my old account,  mi file are not there and the account is basic,  whole I had a business program. 

Anybody can help ?

    And you didn't initiate the change? If not, then it sounds like someone has hijacked your account. You'll want to reach out to Support immediately. Also, you should change the passwords for any service that used the same email address and password that you used for Dropbox.

     

    To contact Support, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
