I know my Dropbox credentials, but I'm being asked for a one-time code I can't access
Hello, I know my email address and my password for Dropbox but I don't have access to my email address any longer because I got laid off from my job. I tried to sign in and I got the message that a verification was sent to my old email address. Is there any way that I will be able to access this account? I am so worried that I have lost all of my special photos. Appreciate your help!

Your best option will be to contact your former employer and ask them for access to the email address, or to forward you the verification code.
If you're unable to do that you can try contacting Support, but without access to the email account, it's unlikely that you can gain access to the Dropbox account. You need to maintain an active email address on your account so you can receive password resets and one-time security codes used during sign in.
To contact Support, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
