Can you send over more info on the issue you’re having?

From what I understand, you’re unable to access your Dropbox account on your phone. Correct? If yes, can you access your Gmail account from another device, like a computer for example?

Also, are you being asked for a Dropbox one-time code by any chance?

Let me know, and we can have a look.

HI william-2891, to see if anything can be done, could you contact the support team by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link?

From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to enter an email to which you can receive and send emails from.

Yes I am taking biblical counseling classes I have all my information on an account that I can't access because my phone was stolen. I have tried to contact Google very frequently no success on recovering my old email. this is very disturbing.

Similar issue. I lost my Dropbox and over a decade's worth of work -- including my graduate thesis work, all my freelance work, my portfolio, my resumes, my tax returns going back years. Very frustrating. Apparently Gmail had become disconnected from my custom URL and DB tried to email but obviously did not go through. And since I didn't use DB much over the last year, I didn't know that any of this was happening. Frustrating that DB only has one contact method. I will be switching to services where I have more than one connection and contact with -- iCloud and Drive.
