I lost my phone and can't access my 2FA codes

I lost my phone. So I don't have 2 step security key and backup code. Please help me

    Unfortunately, if you no longer have access to your authentication device (your phone, in this ase) and you've lost your emergency backup codes, there's no way to gain access to the account unless you have another device that's already signed in with which you can receive the two-step verification code.

    Thank you so much for your reply. They tell me, they will reply from email.

    Another thing, My Gmail account also have same problem. I remember username and password. But I don't have 2 step codes and backup code. Can I get google support chat link?
