I no longer have access to the email account I used to set up my DB account. also forgot password.
the business email account I used to set up my DB account no longer exists. also I forgot password.
and all attempts at fixing this result in DB sending a code to the email that no longer exi...

3 years agoI understand, however, creating a support ticket like above doesn't require you to login to any account. You should be able to write to the team via that method.
