I was asked to solve 9 puzzles in order to access my Dropbox account.
I am not a computer person
I tried logging in to my account and was asked to solve some ridiculous puzzle 9 times
If this happens again I will be closing my dropbox account

So would you like to refund me the $20 I had to pay? I ended up logging into a computer and printing it from there. Your service is awful. And when I tried to enter into a chat to ask how to solve this, you tried to upgrade me three freaking different times. Terrible.
