10 months agoYou're definitely in a new account. Either you're signed in to the wrong account, or your actual account was left idle for too long (over a year) and was deleted due to inactivity.
While you wait for a response to your ticket, go through your email accounts and look for messages from Dropbox. Those will be the email addresses that likely have Dropbox accounts associated with them.

It tells me the folder doesn't exist and my page is empty.

That would be expected in you're not signed in to the correct account. Have you made absolutely certain that you're signing in to the correct account?
