I was randomly logged out of my Dropbox account and I can't sign back in to the same account now.
I have had a Dropbox account since 2014, using the same login credentials. This account has been a bookmarked tab for years. Last week, I uploaded a file to my Dropbox with no problem on Tuesday. Thursday, I went to access my account and I had been logged out (I did not log out). When I clicked on the bookmark, it still indicated I had been logged out. When I went back to my history, I clicked on the link from Tuesday but it still indicated I had been logged out with no option to login using my credentials. I have tried signing in using my credentials and that won't work either. I now have NO ACCESS to my account and cannot get in touch with anyone in customer service! I've submitted a request through the site but with no response. I need to get back into my account to access my customer's files. Someone in Customer Service please help.

It tells me the folder doesn't exist and my page is empty.

That would be expected in you're not signed in to the correct account. Have you made absolutely certain that you're signing in to the correct account?

I historically have used two email addresses. The login combo in my bookmark was not changed yet when I clicked on it, I was logged out. I had to sign in and I used the credentials I have always used but could not get in. I tried logging in with my second email address and clicked 'forgot password' to ensure I had current access. That did not work either (although it did recognize my email). So yes, I am confident I was using the right combo I always have.

Hi from me as well, ccjoyce. From all the details you’ve shared so far, I also believe you’re currently being signed in to a new Dropbox account.
If you’re using the correct email address now, there’s always the chance that, while setting up your previous Dropbox account, you made an email typo, which is why you can’t log back in to that Dropbox account now.
In any case, I’ve found the ticket you’ve shared with us above and I’ve left an internal note; our team will review your case and get back in the same email thread as soon as possible.
