See if there's an update for 1Password. If that doesn't resolve the issue, contact AgileBits (the creator of 1Password) for assistance. They use the Dropbox API but it's up to them to create the connection to Dropbox, as well as support it.

1Password Doesn’t Support Dropbox Anymore. 1Password Works on My iPad and iMac; Not on My iPhone.

Then there's nothing that can be done to resolve a Dropbox authentication issue within their application. AgileBits creates the connection between 1Password and Dropbox using the API. If something has changed in the API and AgileBits doesn't update their application to continue working properly, then the application will eventually stop working. There's nothing that Dropbox can do to resolve that.
This is something that only AgileBits would be able to resolve.
