Issue with 2FA and I have a ticket with support
I have a ticket Ticket #22933400: DB: Can't log in
I am locked out of Dropbox.
I have also submitted additional information to support@dropbox.zendesk.com <support@dropbox.zendesk.com>

I was able to locate your ticket in our system and I can see that a member of the team has responded to you.
I'd recommend getting back to them for further assistance, if needed.
