Issues with a DMCA Takedown request

Hello

I recently requested a DMCA Takedown request to Dropbox. I did not receive any email notification or event a message confirming that my request has been submitted. I tried again twice now. 

Is there a lag that i need to be vary about or the form is not working? If it is not working, what is the best way to address a DMCA compliant?

    I don't see an option within the page for any existing ticket details. It redirects me to help page

    I have 0 requests unfortunately but I am guessing that's for ticket. My request was for dmca.

    I can't even seem to create a ticket

    Just to make sure we've covered everything, could you try clearing your browser's cache and/or using another browser to submit your claim through this form?

    Let me know how it goes and we'll take it from there.

    Submitted once again. For now i have not received any email alerts. I am not sure if it has gone through to dropbox properly yet.
