I've checked my email address for the one-time code, but it's nowhere to be found.
I am not receiving the code to log back into a dropbox account I have - the code is not being sent to my email and I have checked every part of my email. It was previously letting me login in on my phone but the app disapeared off my phone and when I tried to download and login on my phone it didn't work there either. I need to get back into this account - can someone at dropbox please help?

Have you also added no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts, besides checking your email's inbox, spam folder etc?
From what you mention, I understand you don’t have any other devices linked to that Dropbox account. If you do though, check their notifications, as the one-time code may be located there.
In case none of the above work, let me know and we’ll look into this further.
