Log in as user requires a 6 digit password.
members of my team try tot log in but they are asked to use a 6 dgid code. But this code is sent to de gmail of our Dropbox. So they can't get it.
What has changes?
My complete team should be able to read and upload documents.

Dropbox will request a one-time security code if they believe a sign in is suspicious.
Are you all sharing a single account, and everyone has the username and password? If so, know that doing that is against the terms and could result in the account (and all files within it) being deleted. Dropbox accounts are meant for individuals and should not be shared. If you need to share files among multiple people, each person should have their own account and you can create a shared folder that everyone can access.
