Lost pictures after closing my account

I had a paid account for years. I was told that even if my account was closed my pictures would be there when I reopened it. No time limit was given. My wife passed away and I became homeless. Everyt...

I do not know what happened to my pictures. I haven't had a computer for about 4 years because mine died and while I was depressed and/or homeless and I was only recently able to renew my access. I had to upgrade because my old subscription was only 2gig.
