My email no longer exists and I can't receive the security code to access my account
Hi.
I pay for Dropbox at £9.99. My email is now closed, was a freeserve.co.uk. Now have a new phone & can’t log into the Dropbox as the verification code goes to the old email.
any ide...

Do you perhaps have any other devices linked to your account?
If so, they will also receive the security code as a notification as well.
If you don't have any linked devices, I would suggest reaching out to our support team directly.
You can do that by opening a private browsing/incognito window and going to this page.
Make sure to use an email address you can access and submit your request, so our team can assist you further.
Let me know once you get your ticket number.

That depends on the browser you use. For instance in Firefox it's CTRL-SHIFT-P, and in Chrome or Edge it's CTRL-SHIFT-N. Look for the option in your browser's menu.
