My Gmail account is blocked and I can't receive the one-time code.

My gmail account is blocked now I want to login to dropbox I remember password and gmail.But the code sends the same block gmail.

Do you happen to have any devices still linked to your Dropbox account? If yes, I’d definitely suggest checking their notifications for the one-time code. 

 

If you can’t locate it there, then feel free to log a ticket with our support team with these steps and send me your ticket number here afterwards. When logging the ticket, make sure you're NOT logged into ANY Dropbox account, as it may not end up in the correct support queue otherwise.
