Need to talk to a Dropbox support member ASAP. How can I contact them without a business account?

I need to urgently contact Dropbox support regarding a serious security concern, but I can't find a phone number for contacting them without a business subscription. Can you please give me a method of contact a support member as soon as possible?

    This is regarding an urgent security concern. One of my customers has had their account compromised and the attacker is impersonating this user with a malicious dropbox account. They are sending out malicious links from the account and we need this closed down ASAP. I need to talk to someone about this as I can't get a phone number without a business account.

    There are no phone numbers to call, even for Business customers. Phone support for Business customers is handled via a callback initiated from the Admin console for the account. All others need to use the support options available to them on the Support page.

     

    You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

    This is not urgent, I just want to talk to someone in charge of my account who can answer some questions for me

      Phone support is only available with a Business account. If you have a Business account, you can initiate a call-back via the Help option in your Admin console. Otherwise, you can find the support options available to you while you're signed in on the Support page.
