3 years agoWithout access to the email you can almost certainly not recover the account unless you have a device already logged in: https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/lost-email-access

Hi Megan and Mark, sorry for the delay, i am 57 and cell phones are not intuitiv 4 me. I neither have access to my old mail, even with the provider, nor the former cell phone that wasn't as waterproof as it was said ^^ i understand there is no solution, it s a pity dropbox did not plan this type of issue
