No authentication history for previous authenticator

Hi, I updated my authenticator app and all of the previous history for the other authenticator isn't in my data request.  Is there anyway to request it from Dropbox or does it require a tier upgr...

Hi Megan,

Yes. 

  • When I changed the authenticator app, I can only see the history for the new authenticator.
  • When I requested the data I changed the authenticator and it didn't give me any of the previous authenticators history.
  • Is there any way to get the history for the previous authenticator in a data request?
