Not receiving the verification email

I've signed up and waited for a significant amount of time, but I'm unable to verify my account or view shared files because my activation email isn't arriving. I can't even speak to the support chatbot because of this!

 

This seems to be a consistent issue, but the only suggestion is to contact support, which i also can't do.

    Hey there, LoganBurke, thanks for letting us know about this.

     

    Have you checked your spam folder, in case the verification email ended up there?

     

    If not, add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and try again, to see if that helps.

     

    Let me know how it goes.

    To confirm, I've been checking spam, and I've added the no-reply email to my contacts too. Still nothing so far

    Did you check your spam/junk folder for the email perhaps?

     

    If you did and still can't find it, you can try requesting the verification email through another browser.
