Not receiving verification email, how can I verify my account?
I have not been able to receive verification email or password reset email.
I've added no-reply@dropbox.com to my google contacts account.
I've checked my spam folder.
I've verified my address is correct.
Please do help me sort this out

Just to confirm, have you checked your spam folder and added no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts, to see if that helps?

I'm also having this issue. I've tried to send a verification email multiple times, and it hasn't shown up. My IT team has verified that emails from Dropbox aren't getting blocked.

Hi @shafrelk, you can get in contact with our support team directly, by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from. - shafrelk2 years agoNew member | Level 2
I'm having a similar issue, where I'm trying to change my email but not receiving the verification email. I've been trying since yesterday, nothing in my spam folder. I can't contact the support team because of my account membership level. Is there any other way to resolve this?

Hello,
I am also having problems receiving the verification email to my business email address which was working fine until 25 July, so I have had to use a back up personal address. I also have the problem that I am not receiving any emails from the 'no reply' dropbox email either when I request the verification email or if I share a folder to the my business address. I have definitely entered the address correctly, added the 'no reply' email to my contacts and checked the spam folder but nothing has come through. I am receiving emails from from elsewhere. Good morning, I have already completed all the steps requested when the verification emails do not arrive (check spam and add the email indicated in the address book) but the verification email still does not arrive in my inbox

May I know if you have the Dropbox Dekstop App installed in any of your devices and is logged in automatically to your Dropbox account? Or if you have the Dropbox Mobile App installed and logged in on your mobile device? Because you can actually obtain the verification codes in the notification section of the App ( bell icon ) usually located on the top right corner of your account screen just beside your profile picture or name initials. Let me know if this helps . Thank you
