Original account login lost after signing in with Google
Hello,
I'm no longer able to access my original Dropbox account, which has an email-based login.
I was able to access this account a few hours ago until I mistakenly accessed Dropbox using the Google-based login. As the Google login used the same email as my original email-based account, now every time I log in using email and password I can only see the Google-based account. It looks like this has replaced my original account, and all files are missing. All of this despite logging out and trying many times to reset the password.
I have found other posts created by users with the same problem, but none of them seem to have a solution explained in the thread.
Thanks in advance!

Hey EF_ug28, thanks for reaching out to us.
If you use a browser to login to your account with your email and password and another browser or a private browsing window to login with Google, do you see two different accounts?
What do you see when you go to the events page, while logged in as described above?
Let me know what you find.
