Thanks for the info. In this case, the only way to access that account would be via this process.
If this isn't possible, the only remaining option would be to copy the files from the shared folder into another folder on your account, and then share that folder with the same members as before.

1 year agoHi sezza28, from the wording in that email from the legal team, unfortunately, it doesn't appear to be possible to regain access to the Dropbox account.
Since they would be the team to process this change, without those documents, it wouldn't be possible to change this decision.
I'm sorry I can't be more helpful on this matter.
