real person verification wont let me in
When I try to login to my account the real person verification pops up. I then solve the puzzles and it confirms that I am a real person. It then disappears but instead of logging into my account the Real person verification comes back. I have tried so many times and are stuck in a loop. Trying the voice version it now tells me I have tried too many times and forces me back to that stupid matching puzzle. WTF can I do to get in!
I have tried on different computers, different operating systems and browsers
Hi adamvnz, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
Keep me updated with any progress!

Hi
Thank you for the reply.
As I said in my message I have tried different browsers.
And I have tried on Linux and Windows.
Now window explorer got in after 5 rounds. incognito/private took 3
Brave and Firefox I give up after 10 rounds.
Why have I just started getting these? I don't remember getting asked before to verify my login. Only difference was that I upgraded to a Dropbox Professional Trial. Which I have now cancelled as I don't want to have to invoice dropbox for my time wasted trying to login every time. I will have to stop using dropbox if I can't login easily.

Hi adamvnz, I hope it’s alright if I jump in.
I’m glad to hear you were able to access your Dropbox account, after all.
It’s expected to receive these prompts every now and then; however, you shouldn’t need to to complete them multiple times.
In case this happens again, let me know and we’ll take a closer look.

I cannot believe that this company has the audacity to have links all over the place to "customer service" that lead you back to a dead end over and over again. Oh, and like we're supposed to believe that computers running our lives is actually going to make them more efficient and optimized. Barf!! In what universe would I give this company my passwords to protect when it can't even get basic functions working normally and have a way for malfunctions to be reported and addressed?
Anyway, I can't get Dropbox to let me log in. It keeps having the image verification process come up, say it's been passed, ("verified as human"; glib, not funny), and then make me do it again and again, never letting me into my account.
I can only access my account by changing the password, a waste of time that's not going to last long.
What is going on with Dropbox? Will this malfunction be corrected?

Hi,
I can relate to you. I also experienced the same problem with other applications.
Whenever I encounter troubles in logging in to any applications. I uninstall & install the application or use a different browser before logging in.
I hope it helps! Have a wonderful day! 🙂 - ansarmiento4 years agoNew member | Level 2
I'm having the same problem. When I log in from Incognito Mode in Chrome, I get the Verification bot over and over again.
I had to go normal mode (cookies) for login to work.
Can you help us fix this? sometimes I use public computers and I don't like using normal mode for this.

Hey ansarmiento, thanks for posting about this here.
If you try to open an incognito window on Firefox, instead of Chrome, are you still having an issue logging in to your Dropbox web account?

Still happens to me when logging in via Brave, DuckDuckGo, uBlock Firefox, and other browsers with privacy filters.
There's a bug in Dropbox that is repeatedly asking for human verification even after passing.
Does it rely on a certain cookie or script that stricter browsers are blocking?

The problem got fixed. It is now working normally in Incognito y Chrome, Brave and Firefox. Thanks

I’m glad to hear the issue’s fixed for you, ansarmiento!
Grizzicle, in case the issue persists for you, can you also check these supported browsers, and let me know what happens?
