When I try to login to my account  the real person verification pops up. I then solve the puzzles and it confirms that I am a real person. It then disappears but instead of logging  into my account t...

    Hi adamvnz, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

     

    Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

     

    Keep me updated with any progress!

happening here also.

I moved to ingonito mode in firefox and was able to get to the code sent to my account stage

then I get a message that the code is expired and....

puzzle keeps coming back.

I was able to sign in on my other OS easily.

new computer - tried on 2 browsers

looking for a solution

please help

what worked for me.

I just downloaded the app without attempting to sign in.

THEN I signed in.

(none of the incognito, browser switching etc had any impact.)
