Can I log in to my account without my authenticator app or backup codes?

Question or Issue

I have 2 dropbox accounts. For my second drop box account (where I have a plus plan), I am not able to log in as I am in a loop of verifications that I am unable to do. I do not have the authenticator app, and I don't have my backup codes. Is there no other way to log in? When I contact support they tell me to do a bunch of things that don't exist when you aren't able to log in.

Are my files lost? To make matters worse, I pay for drop box and I can't get into my account.

There has to be a way to help people who lost their backup codes and whose phone number doesn't seem to be in their profile.

I tried to log in on desktop app, phone app etc., but doesn't work as I'm stuck in this loop!

    You can try reaching out to Support but typically, when you no longer have access to your authentication method and you don't have your backup codes, the account is often lost. Basically, you enabled a system to prevent someone from signing in without authentication, and you're trying to sign in with out authentication.

    Contact Support directly and see if there's anything that can be done.

    The only people who can help are support. However, the issue is that you set up system on your account to refuse access to your account without either the authenticator code or the backup codes you HAD to download to set it up. Without those pieces of information if they circumvent it its possible anybody could access the data. 

    Support, however, CAN help you stop future payments.
