Hi adamvnz, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
Keep me updated with any progress!

Grizzicle, in case the issue persists for you, can you also check these supported browsers, and let me know what happens?

This is still an issue. I've tried every tip on here and can't get passed the security screening. In addition, your customer support is so difficult to get a hold of we are moving away from your service next year. Absolute joke

Hey TheFoxandTheSea, sorry to hear about this.
Can you please clarify what troubleshooting steps you've attempted so far so that we can make sure we're on the same page?
For example, what browsers are you using and what kind of devices and networks?

Everyone listed in this tread, not going to recap for you - dropbox's lack of chat support and clear paths to support have already taken too much of my time.

Hi TheFoxandTheSea, I'm assuming you've tried multiple browsers too.
What happens if you try to access your account from an incognito mode though? Does it change the situation, or you still can't get through the puzzle?
Do you have access to your account at the moment?
