strange files in activities

Hello, for some time now, in my Dropbox activities, there's a file named "bonus scommesse.jpg" that I didn't create. It is displayed occasionally, not by my doing, and it requires access to be opened, but there's no trace of the file in Dropbox. Why is this happening? Is there any solution to delete it?

    Ticket #22843427

Update: I created a new Dropbox account and today I found this file again in the Recent tab. I'm going crazy, I don't understand where it's coming from.

Please someone help us because this is driving me crazy. It's not possible to have an unknown file and it tells me it was used a few hours ago.

Thanks for sharing your ticket number, Mypointviews1

As we don't have any account visibility on the forum, I'd suggest replying back to your ticket directly. Our support agent can further check this, this way.

I've left them an internal note for you, too.
