Trying to Sign in with Apple and it says account disabled

I was trying to log into my Apple threw Dropbox and it says disabled, I’m able to create a new account using the same email but when I try to log into Apple it says it’s disabled any help? Thank you.

    No I do not get the same error when I enter the email or password and yes I have tried via web and downloadable app and it says the same thing on both of them This account is Disabled

    Do you get the same error when you try to log in normally by entering your email address and password Ligma? Also, can you confirm that you're unable to log into your account both via the Dropbox mobile app and via a web browser as well?

    Can you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a look too?

    Also, was this an individual, personal account or was it part of a team account perhaps?
