Uploading files, but no deleting

Can I give permission only to upload files to a folder, but not deleting them. So member of a company would be able to upload files and wouldn't be able to delete them.

As long as they won't need to access the files after they upload them (including no ability to view), you can use a File Request. Otherwise, no.
