Why was my account disabled and labeled inactive?

Hi, I have my entire LIFE on my Dropbox account, I have been a LOYAL customer for many many many years, suddenly my account has been disabled and now it's labeled inactive?  What is going on here, I left a trouble ticket... what are the chances of me getting my data back at the least?

Thanks for posting on our Community, Simplyzaph.

Can you send me the ticket number you should’ve received, as well as a screenshot of what you see when trying to sign in to your Dropbox account? Just make sure to hide your email address before uploading it here.

I’ll be here, when you’re ready.

Thanks for the ticket number! You should be able to upload a screenshot here by clicking on the small camera icon above your message box (right before you post your reply on the forum).
