Vermutlich haben Sie einen zweiten Akkount mit einer anderen eMailadresse

Falls Sie das Dropbox-Konto, das mit dem bezahlten Abo verknüpft ist, nicht kennen, können Sie sich an den Support wenden: https://www.dropbox.com/get_help/billing 

Basic accounts sind kostenfrei.
