DropBox-Synchronisierung auf Android-Smartphone

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich habe Probleme mit der Synchronisation auf meinem Smartphone (Android - Version 13.)

Eine Datei wird nicht synchronisiert. In der Dateiliste auf dem Smartphone wird das letzte Änderungsdatum korrekt angezeigt. Öffne ich die Datei, sind die Änderungen nicht vorhanen. Gehe ich oben rechts über Einstellungen, wird mir ein noch älteres Datum für die letzte Änderung angezeigt. Die Synchronisierung funktioniert aber grundsätzlich, also z. B. vom Desktop-PC auf das Notebook. Es funktioniert lediglich die Synchronisation auf das Smartphone nicht.

Ich habe die App neu installiert und auch die Datei neu erzeugt. Am Dateinamen oder etwaigen Sonderzeichen liegt es nicht.

 

Vielleicht kann hier jemand helfen?

    Hallo und danke für die Antwort.

    Vor einiger Zeit hat das vonselbst aktualisiert. Schade. Aber muss ich dann halt akzeptieren.

    danke, das ist ein guter hinweis. ja, ich habe keinen kostenpflichtigen account.

    ich nutze office 2016 auf meinem desktop-pc. vielleicht liegt ja hier das problem. da werde ich nochmal dr. google bemühen.
