Fehler 500 bei gesendetem Link

Hallo, seit ein paar Tagen haben wir das Problem, dass bei gesendeten Links der uneingeloggte User den Fehler 500 bekommt. Bitte um dringende Lösungsvorschläge. Danke und viele Grüße Markus

Hallo, ich habe ebenfalls das Problem, dass immer der Fehler 500 angezeigt wird, sowie ich versuche auf die Startseite von Dropbox zu kommen.
