    Das Problem wurde an das Entwicklerteam der mobile app weitergeleitet....

Nein es sind eben keine definiert. Deswegen verstehe ich das auch nicht. Leider kann man hier keine Bildanhänge hochladen sonst hätte ich dies mal getan.
