Wurde bei Web.de ausgesperrt und bekomme keinen Login mehr durch 2FA

Hallo,

 

meine Freundin hat bei Ihrem Account keinen Zugriff mehr auf die hinterlegte E-Mail Adresse. Das Passwort ist bekannt, durch die 2-Faktor-Authentifizierung kann allerdings der 6-stellige Code nicht empfangen werden.

Gibt es irgendeine Möglichkeit den Zugriff wieder herzustellen? Die E-Mail Adresse muss geändert werden.

    In diesem Fall kann der Dropbox-Support möglicherweise weiterhelfen. Ihre Freundin muss sie jedoch direkt über ihr Konto oder eine gültige E-Mail-Adresse kontaktieren und das Problem beschreiben:
